Let’s identify your needs and pave the way to a healthier, calmer, more efficient space.

01. Fill out the intake form under the “Estimates” tab

This will tell us about your home, your needs, your cleaning habits, desired frequency of cleaning, etc., and allow us to know how to best serve you. The more detailed you can be the better, so we can quote you as accurately as possible. From here, you will be sent an estimate within 48 hours, and we can book a date for your initial clean.

02. Initial clean


The initial clean is a top to bottom deep clean, charged hourly. We come out, assess the home, make notes, and do a very thorough clean. This sets a standard for our team to be able to maintain on all upcoming visits, making your recurring appointments shorter and more efficient. Those bigger tasks from the initial will still get done on a rotating basis as needed.

03. “Pay per clean” pricing

Once the initial clean is complete, you will receive a “pay per clean” amount for your recurring appointments. This remains the same for each subsequent cleaning, unless there are additional requested add-ons. We can visit weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

04. Move in/move out cleans

There is a separate intake form for these appointments on the “estimates” page. A move out clean occurs when the home owner has all their belongings out of the home. We come in with all needed equipment and supplies, our step ladder and a lot of energy. We will get on top and inside cupboards and cabinets, interior appliances, all surfaces and spot wash walls as needed. Finally, we will vacuum up everything and mop our way out, leaving the home fresh and ready for the next owners, or for you to “wow” your property manager and get that deposit back! 🙂
